Terminals
Terminal 2 (Star Alliance), Terminal 3, Terminal 4 and Terminal 5 (British Airways). Terminals are far apart — free inter-terminal transfers and the Heathrow Express connect them.
Lounges
Extensive lounges across terminals; Terminal 5 has the British Airways Galleries lounges.
Getting to the city
The Heathrow Express reaches Paddington in 15 minutes; the Elizabeth Line and Piccadilly Line are cheaper, slower options.

Confirm your terminal — Heathrow's terminals work like separate airports, and T5 is BA-only.
